The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. The bed is beautiful and sturdy. It was a little bit of a pain to put together but got it done in about an hour. My one complaint is it’s pretty low to the ground so I can’t fit my under bed storage and I can’t fit under it to retrieve cats. I’m debating on risers. Because of how the bed is designed they could have drilled holes several inches higher on the headboard and made the legs longer. Just two inches higher would make like easier. The bed is beautiful. Even more than what the photo shows. Customer service was horrible. My delivery was rescheduled over and over because of poor customer service.
