Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

So far, everything looks good. I'm not quite ready to install it, but I unpacked it for inspection. I think it's going to look great in the guest bathroom, far better than a rod and shower curtain. I'm trusting that it's not going to be warped once I'm installing it. For me, I do think I would've preferred it to be gray tinted, but it's not a deal breaker. The packaging was decent. The only issue I saw, and it shows in the one photo, is that on one side of the glass the strips of Styrofoam used to brace and suspend the glass, we're out of place and a few were missing. The center of the glass was therefore not braced, open for damage. So far, I think I lucked out with no damage. I'll know more once it's completely out of the box so I can fully inspect the edges.. Kit# 5 Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panel panels are lightweight and easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.
