The chairs looked lovely for about two days...then they small cat scratches on the arms appeared. The seats are a bit hard when you sit down giving you a kind of jolt. So I notify guests when they visit to prepare for the jolt! But they look nice (when I do remove for guests the full chair cover to keep the cats from scratching it). The chairs are comfortable for watching TV but not for long lounging time. Practical, attractive, scaled for my small space, so for those qualities I would recommend these 2 chairs to others..
