Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. These covers are easily tossed over your existing frames and can be held down with zip ties, wires, or heavy-duty staples. These are not 100% waterproof and can be installed on a solid roof, or using two layers with roofing paper in between. The lifespan of any palm thatch varies depending on the environment.
