Many configurations can be made, very versatile. Four stars only because the quality is “what you pay for,” meaning not the highest but much better than other seating I’ve ordered from Wayfair.. Serta Upholstery is “Proudly Bringing the Comfort of Serta to America’s Living Room.” We are proud to be an American manufacturer and operate 22 production divisions across 10 manufacturing locations with a diverse workforce of over 740 employees all in United States. We are committed to quality in every step of our manufacturing process. This begins with milling and drying our own hardwoods at our lumberyard facility to ensure that our frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of our frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Our fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style and value and stored in our climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

This showed up earlier than expected. According to the emails, it looked like it was gonna be delivered in portions. The communication was fantastic. I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026
