This is good quality stand I was concern because the mix of reviews I read. It is sturdy. I love how can have different hights. It gave a great presentation to our set up in a craft show. Use it with 4 light sheer panels for drapes and a light vinyl banner on top. It did well for the whole event. Good quality clips. Practical to unassembled. Got a call from the manufacturer and they told me my first order of this stand would not be able to be fulfilled and they would refund my money. So I waited a couple days like the man said and ordered it again. Both were sent, even though he told me they would have to cancel my order. When I talked to your customer service person on chat, they said I would still have to pay $20 to return the duplicate. That is horrible customer service! I've never been treated this way by Wayfair before. That is a horrible way to treat your customer. I even offered her the phone number of the manufacturer that called me ... Made no difference to her. Horrible service!. Jennifer. Iron Gate, VA. Sat Nov 04 2023

I do my balloon business on the side, from my full-time job. So I was looking for an arch for a wedding I was doing. I saw this arch on Wayfair. I took some time to shop around to make sure before I was ordering that I was picking out the one that would be lightweight, but at a great price. It was a responsible price, so I placed my order. I love to shop with wayfair because i always get high quality products for reasonable price ranges. Once I placed my order, it came in within a week. I was happy with the fast shipping. When it arrived, it was a lightweight box. Package well. Assembly was easy and took less than 15 minutes. This helps when doing my events. I always put a timeline on my setups to stay on schedule. This is beautiful! I highly recommend ordering this for parties and events. You will not be disappointed.. Sandra. Godfrey, IL. Mon Jul 31 2023
