(UPDATE) I finally got my vanity area done. In general, I love the mirror, BUT, I would have preferred to have it mounted to the wall. The instructions seem to indicate that there should have been a bar on the back of the mirror for the J hooks to attach to, but the back of my mirror was perfectly smooth, so there was nothing for the J hooks to hold. In other words, if you plan on hanging this mirror, when you receive it, open it immediately and verify the hanging hardware is included. Also, keep in mind this mirror is very heavy, so definitely make sure it has excellent support (attached to wall stud). Works for me, but cautiously recommended to someone who wants it wall mounted. I cannot even begin to express what a bad experience purchasing this mirror was. The first one I ordered arrived with the wood frame of the left mirror being completely pitted and damaged. At that point, Wayfair told me to dispose of that mirror myself and they would send me a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the left mirror was completely smashed, and the wood frame was broken in several pieces. I did not want to have to deal with disposing of a second mirror and was told by a representative that they would issue me a refund and would pick up the damaged mirror if I got it back in the box. I was even given a specific pick up date and time for the pick up to occur. When the mirror was never picked up, I contacted Wayfair again and was told their policy does not allow them to do that! I was able to send them screenshots of my conversation with the previous Wayfair representative. It made no difference. They refused to pick up the damaged mirror and I again had to dispose of a SECOND damaged mirror. Learn from my experience: DO NOT BUY THIS MIRROR. Or honestly, from Wayfair in general.. Michelle. This is indeed a gorgeous mirror only gave it four stars because, there is no hardware to affix mirror to the wall other than what is attached to the mirror which is very heavy in weight, the measurements in the description are off its showing 22’ across the mirror including the sides that fold in or out the 22’ Does Not include the sides hence it is too large for the spot I had reserved for it, ALSO The description says it can be hung horizontal or vertical and I can’t imagine how as the straps on the mirror are exactly as pictured (one direction only).
