It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Purchased the product October 2024 and this is what it looks like today, August 2026. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing.
