Awesome that it comes pre-made already, so once you pull it out of the box, it’s ready to be used. Super easy to latchunlatch and extendcompress the bench. Both my partner and I sat on the bench while it was fully extended and it was very study. Although it was packaged pretty well, my item still came damaged on the bottom. We got this table to use as an "outdoor" work table in our garage, and it’s been perfect for our needs. The extendable design is really convenient for larger projects. I love being able to adjust the size depending on how much space we need, and the benches are easily stored underneath to save space. One thing to note is that the box is very heavy when it arrives, but the individual pieces are lightweight and easy to handle during assembly. If you need to move it across floors solo, I recommend just taking the pieces one by one. I definitely couldn't lift the box by myself or build it solo. I have a small kitchen and no dining room for a table so needed something that wouldn't be bulky and would fit 4 but also could seat 2 more on the ends if needed. This is the perfect piece. Really really cute! The directions were super easy to understand! I will agree with the other reviews when it comes to the gold pieces. You do have to hammer them in.
