Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it!
