Took me 6 hours to put together. I did have a 2nd person for standing it up and attach poles. The hardest part was tying the net to the springs. It doesn't tell you how tight to pull the string. This is so perfect for our 3 teenage daughters! We were a little nervous with the 400lb weight limit, but our 12, 13 and 16 yr olds LOVE it.
