Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. I got them to replace some Rachael Ray ones that I've had for a few years at our Airbnb. Pans get a lot of abuse! Hopefully these will stand up to people using forks and other metal in them. Love love I’m surprised how thick it is and a nice weight not too heavy and not to large. I have all clad pans and this is a nice addition to an everyday pot . I bought it mainly to make rice bc of the width it’s hard to find pot that’s aren’t narrow for rice .This is perfect for it I haven’t made anything else in it yet just rice but seems it’ll be my got too for many dishes .
