This is a lovely, shiny gold heated towel rack. I think it’s quite nice. It was simple to assemble but a bit of a bear to install. I used measuring tape and level to double check placement and still had to move one screw slightly. Also, the molly bolts were not very useful as they bent trying to tap them into the wall. Use your own. It heated up nicely and adjusted easily I hope it lasts! I would recommend it’s a good product for a decent price.. Laurie. Temecula, CA. Tue Aug 25 2026

Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Not very happy with this rack as the bars are too close together its made more for hand towels rather than bath towels.. Christine. Laplace, LA. Wed May 06 2026

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. Installation seems simple enough- you can plug in or hardwire. I’m still unsure if it has automatic shut off or not.. Jennifer. Gainesville, VA. Sun Jan 29 2023

The towel warmer has 4 vertical heating rails that all the towels can fit over that one heated rack. As a space saver and a storage solution, it looks neat. When using the heated towel rack, you do not have to wash your towel off for every single user you can wait 4 or 6 days before washing your towel again.

Try nice wall mounted heated towel rack. It’s lightweight so it won’t be too heavy for the wall. I realized that I don’t have a plug near where I want to hang it, so I will need to get an electrician to hardwire it. That is an option. Bonus - it didn’t come packed on styrofoam so there was no huge mess all over my house unpacking it. My only issue is that after looking at the instruction manual, there may be a missing piece. I’ll just contact the vendor if there is.. Rachael. Reading, MA. Sat Oct 26 2024
