The armchair is spectacular it looks elegant in the room and is very comfortable for nursing your baby. Personally, I loved it. However, I did have an issue the delivery wasnt the best. The box arrived heavily damaged—to the point where the back of the right armrest was affected—and there was a hole in it, which was disappointing. When I reported this, customer service processed my claim immediately. The manufacturer is in contact with me to reach the best resolution so far, they’ve offered a 15 refund, but I dont consider that fair since I paid the full price for the chair. I’ll update my review later to let you know what the final resolution is. Overall this is a nice recliner. The chenille fabric is soft and seems durable. The color is a neutral beige with a little gray woven throughout the fabric. The swivel gliding mechanism is smooth and silent. The USBC ports are a convenient feature and function as expected. The chair is definitely on the firm side. I do not think there are any springs in the chair’s construction but for the price point, this recliner checks a bunch of boxes. I have owned manual recliners in the past and have difficulty keeping them fully reclined. It was very easy to assemble, and I like that it doesnt take up too much space. The shipping box was quite heavy, so it took two people to bring it inside, but once unpacked, setup was quick and straightforward. The chair features electronic reclining and built-in USB ports, which are convenient additions. Overall, the quality seems very good for the price. We dont use it as an everyday chair—its more of an accent piece in our home—but it has been comfortable and looks fantastic in the room.
