The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. It’s nice. Quality is good not the greatest some parts came dented (wood and cage material) but overall good quality. Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice.. We ordere this Deck Box because we needed a place to store our solar pool cover when not in use. We love that this box can be opened from the top, and also opened in the front. It gives us a nice large space to get this large cover into the box. Assembly of the box was pretty straight forward and the directions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble it by myself other than adding the lid. I needed a second person to hold it in place and apply pressure from behind so the screws would catch. We do not plan to place a lock on this box, but if you need one that can be locked, be sure to pay attention to the latch. It looks nice and is perfect for what I need! But the screws for the box need to be longer. I had two come out within minutes of putting them in.
