We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one.
