The Expo torchiere can illuminate any room with even up lighting. A beautiful frosted glass shade diffuses bright ambient light. An Adesso patented 300-watt double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150-watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. The brushed steel finish is complemented with chrome accents on a chunky pole that gives the lamp a bold presence in a room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable LED bulbs (Do not use: 3-way bulbs or CFLs). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (the high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur. Bulbs are not included.

Attractive, lights a corner of the room beautifully. Highly recommend.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 07 2026

A discreet rotary dimmer switch on the stem offers smooth lighting control, making Roswell ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or reading corners. Balancing sculptural simplicity with rich textures, this piece is a timeless modern lighting statement. Hand-stitched linen shades: Hand-stitched lampshades carry a unique charm and character precisely because of their imperfections. Each one holds the signature of the craftsman's hand, showcasing subtle variations that make it one-of-a-kind. Unlike mass-produced items, they reflect time spent in meticulous work and a touch of individuality that can't be replicated. The shade requires "fluffing" to fill the volume; they are unique in being asymmetrical. If you admire hand-crafted objects, you will appreciate the handwork in these unique hand-stitched shades. If you prefer mass-produced perfection, hand-stitched shades may not be the best fit for you, but we love the warmth and love to bring natural materials into our home.

Very nice-looking lamp. The lower gasket where the cord goes into the lamp came out while I assembled it, and it appears it will not go back in. Not a huge deal since it's not very visible, but a little annoying. The shade is a nice look, and I am buying a small hurricane lamp shade, frosted glass, as the bulb is more visible through the fabric of the lamp shade than I would like. Overall, a nice addition to my midcentury modern office. Guy. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Oct 23 2026

The glass bowl-shaped frosted shade provides ample lighting to any space. The swirling vane details add depth and texture to the glass, making it a true statement piece. The thick glass and the swirl vane details throughout make the floor lamp a beautiful addition to any living room and a wonderful conversation starter.

It looks great and works great. It was a little hard to get it together. The parts were hard to line up and took quite a few times to get them on straight. Haven't been able to figure out how to get the cord to come out the back. How the lamp went together the cord comes out the same side as the smaller bottom light so it's right in the front. Hope to be able to figure out how to get that changed. I hesitate to take it all apart because it was so hard to put it together. It is very sturdy.. Harriet. Bridgeton, NJ. Thu Oct 08 2026

I love this torchiere lamp! It’s a perfect addition to my mid-century decor. The wood tone and sleek design looks great with my existing pieces. The dimmer lets me turn the light up or down as needed. The ceiling is really high so a torchiere gives me that extra needed light.
