This cat carrier is so high quality and the craftsmanship is fantastic. I honestly am surprised it is this well made. The only thing I could recommend for the company is to make the side stiffer in some way to prevent the small bit of sagging while it’s standing up. (see photo). I’m a huge fan of this backpack! We use it to transport our bearded dragon, tortoise, and snakes. The poop bag holder is great for when we take the tortoise on a walk.
