Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. I love this little cabinet! I like to do my skincare routine in my living room (outside of face washing, of course) instead of the bathroom or bedroom. It's the perfect size to hold not only all the products I use for morning and night, but also the medications we regularly use - just make sure you pay attention to the picture that lists the dimensions, and then measure the space you where you want to put it to make sure it's the right size for you. The little drawers are great for lip balms, eye drops, lighters, and other small things. For anyone complaining that the wood is of poor quality: you're not going to get a new solid wood piece for $40 or less, so not sure what you expected. That said, I actually think it's very well constructed, and the only "cheap"feeling thing about it are the plastic window panes, which another reviewer prettied up with those cute privacy window film, and I think I'm going to do the same myself.. Husband and I liked the Halloran Armoire and finally got it delivered since the first one was damaged in transit. Never saw the first one. It arrived today FRIDAY 8423. My husband too it apart and managed to assemble it. When he put the top piece in its place it seemed to have cracked, unless it was cracked before. That is when some wood fell off from the back corner on the right side. Not a big chunk, but enough to make it split at the top and side corner. I will be cautious of buying “wood” pieces from them. This is not real wood, but merely MDF, and an inexpensive piece of furniture. We received a very small refund and was told to keep it. Now we will wait to find others parts crack and peel. The cabinet arrived in great condition. Instructions were easy to follow and all hardware is included. The hinges are heavy and good quality. The handles are light, but they are metal. It is made of an MDF type of material covered with a sort of slick and shiny veneer. We are using it for storage in our mechanical room. It’s great for that and would be great for garage storage too.
