The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries.
