Customer service was reasonable. Unfortunately the product/quality of assembly was very poor. Dissatisfying for both the cost of the cabinet and disappointed in this being present on Wayfair. I am fairly regular Wayfair customer as we have been refurnishing our home. The first one came in and the top of the cabinet separated from rest of the cabinet. The replacement unit had cracked wood in multiple places. In addition the top was loose and there were wood screws not in place; the screws were clearly there to install the top properly.
