Right out of the packaging, our cooler had a 8" scratch on the front of it and some chips on one the corners. Sent them an email with pictures 6 days ago and we still haven't received a response. If you read the manual, the limited warranty is quite limited. 90 days and with a fair amount of exclusions. After each use, drying the cooler INSIDE & OUT is recommended. PS recommends it's stored inside and when it's outside, a weatherproof cover is recommended. We bought the PS cover, which arrived after our cooler and although it says it's weatherproof, the cover is quite thin. I was holding off on reviewing this one until we had a chance to use it. With big brands out there competing for who can keep things the coldest, I have to say Im actually impressed by how well it worked. Its also a Gods send on my back! The little features like side shelves, internal shelves for making drinks, bottle opener etc are fantastic! I also really loved the ability to split the cooler in half with a divider panel. It allowed me to organize which drinks were kid friendly and which were not. The design is modern and it was very easy to assemble. My only critique is everyone who approached this initially was confused on how to open it (center front there are two indentations near the middle for your fingers to lift the top covers) and kept ripping the front bar off. I’m afraid I can’t recommend this cooler. The price was better than other roto-molded coolers on the market, but it did not perform much better than my injection molded ice chest and it had some significant drawbacks Pro: -pretty -leak proof -cheaper than yeti, rtic, etc -divider and basket -love the drain Con: -heavy (30 lb empty) -over 3x as much as my old igloo and did not seem any better at holding ice -SHALLOW! At 10 qt more than my other cooler I wasn’t planning on it being so much shorter inside. I went to put in a jug of ice coffee and it was too tall to fit ‍♀️ -trying to copy the mesh netting on the rtic was a cool idea, but the dumb adhesive/velcro did not hold up. Michael. CA. This rolling patio ice chest is awesome! First time it was delivered there was a broken piece (think they need to look at the packaging. However wayfair was quick to send out a replacement). This had ample room for drinks, lots of storage for setting down drinks or whatever else you'd need on there. Still holding ice and its been almost 48 hours.
