The sofa is really great. The delivery company - not so much. My delivery was delayed twice and I finally got it the third time. The first delay had no reason listed, just rescheduled for 3 days later. The second delivery window, I received the AI phone call that morning and took the day off work to wait. The delivery instructions stated to call me so I could meet them at the gate and their AI was given the same instruction when it called. Somehow it was rescheduled stating that the place was closed. There was no call from the driver and I was home waiting about two minutes from the gate. Very frustrating to waste a whole day of PTO for nothing. The reschedule was 3 more days later and this time I sat out by the gate for two and a half hours to make sure. The actual delivery that day went smoothly and the driver and helper were both professional, courteous and efficient. I was looking for a loveseat less than 80 inches wide with recline function and a console. This one fit the bill perfectly. The fold down headsets are my favorite part. It makes it appear to have a smaller footprint, especially if it has to go in front of a window like I needed to do here. The faux leather is nice, soft and comfortable with a stylish brown stitching. The cushions are great, soft and supportive both. The color on the website wasn't really very representative of the actual item(im sure they are in a studio under bright lights). It looks bright white there but listed as dove gray. In person, it is more of an off white/grayish color which was what I wanted so I'm pleased. The footrest is also nicely padded and no space in the middle like a lot of recliners. The console is great and so roomy for all my junk, remotes, etc. This thing reclines to a zero gravity position which is fabulous. And it's a wall hugger so it doesnt need much clearance to recline which saves space. While the motor is a bit louder than I expected and the home button is nice, it isn't a one touch home, you have to hold it down while it quickly resets both head and foot to upright position but it's still a nice feature. It didn't come with instructions of any kind so I had no way of knowing that it ships with the back part of console stored in a zippered section underneath the loveseat. But after I called, the Wayfair rep was great and called manufacturer for me and they were wonderful to help me locate. The usbs and wireless phone charger are very convenient. Overall, I really love this piece. It is a quality build and the style and functionality at wonderful. I think it's priced a bit high but delivery is free and way faster than furniture stores so it evens out. Our delivery team were punctual, friendly and fast. The loveseat is attractive, nicely built, and sturdy. It is a bit high off the ground as my feet don’t touch the floor when I am sitting upright (I am 5’4”). When I recline, I don’t tend to settle into the middle of the “bucket” (the bucket was to be a perk for me to keep me centered and secure). Feels more like a perch I am balancing on. The cushions are firm, which I don’t mind but I am hoping that will settle down with time. Although I was attracted to the hidden cupholders, once opened they are a bit of a reach. And, my little dog occasionally activates the cupholder open button as he steps on it while climbing up to his bed on the other side. We have covered over the phone charging plate in the middle so the dog won’t scratch it, and it doesn’t seem to charge all that well anyway. Makes a good table, though. It took a bit to get used to the control buttons on the side (what does what), but I really do like the recline and the headrest mechanisms. I like the charging ports on the side. The armrests are nice, but a remote or phone will slide off easily. Didn’t consider that prior to purchase.
