Love the consistent performance of a Toto toilet. The flushing mechanism is as expected. On this model i like the look of the sleek tank with clean edges. We replaced our old toilet in our half bath with this one. It’s a pretty standard round toilet, no bells and whistles. It is very well made and is working great so far. The seat is plastic and it is soft close which is a nice feature. Our previous toilet was on the shorter side, this toilet is much taller at 19.5 inches, which makes a difference with my knees. It does come with a white flush handle but I replaced mine with a black handle as you can see in the pictures, it matched our decor much better. The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. I recently purchased the Deer Valley 2-piece toilet, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my choice. The installation was pretty straightforward, although I have to say that the directions could have been clearer at times. I managed to figure it out without too much hassle, but I can see how it might confuse someone less handy. One feature that stands out is the water-saving flush. It definitely does its job in terms of efficiency, which is a plus for both the environment and my water bill. However, I did notice that the flush is a bit louder than what I was used to.
