I will give our disappointments first then the things we like about this oven. If you want toast, it takes 8-10 minutes to get both sides browned. The bread gets super hard in the process because of the time exposed to the heat. We have tried all the settings. Nothing seems to give you a brown top on bread, etc. quickly. For various timed functions, you must press start after the oven notifies you it has reached the temperature or the time function will not engage. However, it will keep cooking for a period of time. The things we love It’s big!! I can season all of my frying pans in this oven. It is Definitely nice when cooking pizzas. In lieu of the microwave, we can reheat 2 full-size plates of food at once. Can cook 4-5 different foods at once depending on pans needed. Ex. Bake cornbread on one rack while three different vegetables roast on the other rack. After 15 years, my old toaster died and I couldn't believe how hard it was to find just a simple toaster to replace it! Partly because I was shopping during COVID, I guess, and stocks were low in all the stores, but even online all I could find were tricked out monstrosities that featured a dozen too many functions and took up all my counter space. Finally found this one. It's still a little larger than I wanted, but it's attractive, reasonably sized, sturdy, and works well so far (I've had it for less than a year). I wasn't looking for an air frier, but I have used it a couple times and it works well. Mostly though, it toasts well -- and that's all I'd wanted. Has a roomy interior, good-sized glass door so I can see what's going on in there, and toasts pretty evenly. Also cooks pot pies and French bread pizzas well. I haven't had this long but I have been testing it out this week and so far everything is excellent. I was comparing the cooking times and evenness to my previous toaster oven and this is doing better on the evenness and equal in time. I have not explored all the settings yet but the air fryer for the french fries was excellent. I could put more fries into the "basket" and they were evenly cooked.
