I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. I really appreciate that. It was fairly easy to build. You don’t necessarily need two people, but it does help. The manual was really straightforward and it took me about an hour to build by myself so not that much time really it looks very sturdy so we will see how it holds on, but I’m just happy that it was easy to build and that it looks beautiful..
