This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

With the outdoor hardtop gazebo, you can make your backyard come to life. The double-tier roof not only adds style to your gazebo but also offers shade from the harsh sun rays while allowing the right amount of airflow to pass through. The sturdy powder-coated galvanized steel roof is rust-resistant, and can be the perfect spot for all your outdoor entertainment needs all season. Four durable aluminum posts with sliding doors keep it stable for years of enjoyment. The PC Screen of each wind panel will protect you from bugs, and fully closed sliding doors will give privacy when needed. This sunroom hardtop gazebo adapts well to many types of patio decor. Customizing it your way for making your yard more visually appealing, and the large interior provides plenty of space to make memories and share a lot of activities with family and friends.

Create a spacious, bright backyard room with the DuraMax 13 ft. x 10 ft. Garden Glass Room. Insulated steel wall and roof panels combine with tempered glass sections to create a versatile structure for gardening, hobbies, work, relaxation, or organized storage. Double doors provide convenient access, while the sloped roof and gutter system help manage rainwater. Review local site, foundation, and permitting requirements before installation.

My wife and I just finished building our 10x13 glass house. It mostly went well and the structure is well worth the money, but there is one big problem. Most counties require anything over 120 sq feet to be permitted. I went to get a permit and was told I needed stamped engineer drawings. With my existing wooden storage shed that was not a problem but when I called the seller they did not have any drawings, so I called the distributor, they didn't have them either, so I called the importer, they didn't have them. Then I emailed the manufacturer and never heard back. I tried to cancel the order and buy their 10x10 unit, but was told it was too late since it had already been shipped. So, I'm illegal. I don't know what I'll do if my county building department gets on my case. Anyway, the structure arrived in 2 crates. One was smashed up in transit. Fortunately none of the glass was broken. Some metal parts were banged up but nothing that prevented assembly. I'll attach a bunch of pictures. Building it went well. My wife and I did most of it. We needed a 3rd hand for putting up the walls . Once the walls and framing were complete the 2 of us put the roof panels on. That was dicey but we did it. One note, many, if not most, of the pre punched holes do not line up, but everything was square and level so we just drilled starter holes where needed. When it came time to put in the glass you install an exterior frame and then install the windows from the inside. I found out after the first glass wall, that installing the window pushed out the exterior frame, so have a 3rd person hold that. Also, the 2 rear windows just screw into styrofoam insulation. There should be something in the wall panel to accept the window screws. Basically, those 2 windows are held in by adhesive silicone grout. Lastly, when all was done it was time to install the french doors. They didn't line up. The entire structure was square and true but the doors were about 1/4" off, so I had to grind out the striker and drill new holes for the door stops. The french doors do not have adjustable hinges. They should. Overall we're very happy with this and think it's a good value, but the permitting issue is very problematic and the french doors should be redesigned with adjustable hinges. Enjoy the pictures. Update, June 30. We've had a couple of heavy rain storms and the 2 rear windows leak badly. I'm currently talking to the manufacturer. They'll probably need to send replacement windows (the windows come pre assembled).. Billy. New Mexico. Sun Mar 08 2026

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

This Gazebo speaks for itself. I love the amount of space it has. The This gazebo truly exceeded my expectations! It’s incredibly spacious and well-designed. The weather was around 30°F, but I was inside with my fire pit going, wearing just a long-sleeve shirt, and it stayed perfectly warm. I was shocked at how well it holds in the heat. It’s become my personal hideout, and I plan to enjoy it all year long. I highly recommend this gazebo to anyone looking for comfort, style, and great insulation!. Harris,. Chicago, IL. 12 ft. W x 26 ft. D Wooden Garage Shed is the perfect addition to any property looking to add more storage space. Park your car, store your riding mower, and any other tools you have, all at the same time! Once the Fairmont Garage is assembled, it will look like it was always meant to be there. Put it alongside your house like a standard garage, or put it in the backyard for a detached garage and storage shed. Once you paint it, add shingles and a garage door and you will have a beautiful addition to your property!

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021

Overall, I’m very pleased with this wall-mounted solarium and would give it a solid four stars. It arrived extremely well packaged, and all of the parts, screws, and hardware were clearly labeled and organized. The metal feels substantial, the paint finish appears durable, and everything went together very well for the most part. Once installed, it feels sturdy and looks great. There are a few important caveats. This appears to be designed for installation on a perfectly level patio. The doors and windows all sit within a fixed bottom track, and there is no real adjustability to compensate for a sloped surface. My patio slopes away from the house, so my contractor had to create custom supports from vinyl board beneath the track to raise and level the front, while also filling the gaps along the sides. It worked, but it added a considerable amount of custom work to the installation. The nuts and bolts used to attach the panels along the bottom track were also frustrating. They are small, finicky, and difficult to see and tighten while working close to the ground. A few have since come loose, which is concerning because the internal bolts are no longer accessible once the structure is fully assembled. The doors slide nicely and have a very strong magnetic closure. In fact, the magnets were almost too strong, so I added a few small pieces of stick-on felt to make the doors easier to open. The windows pop in and out easily, and holders are included for storing them. However, the holders could really use a small lip or raised edge on the front to keep the windows from sliding out. I plan to mount the holders on my fence so the panels can be stored safely off the ground. The gutter system is probably one of the weaker parts of the design. It also relies on the structure being perfectly level. Otherwise, water can collect in the gutter or spill over the front, which then gets the screens and windows wet. They did make an effort to seal and bug-proof certain areas, but other sections were left with noticeable gaps. I will need to come up with additional solutions, likely brush-style weather stripping, to close those openings. I also wish the windows were clear. Unfortunately, they are not. The smaller models apparently have self-storing windows, but on the 20-foot model the window panels have to be removed and stored separately. Despite those issues, this has been an awesome addition to the back of my house, and I’m very glad I bought it. It was a significant investment and honestly a bit of a leap of faith because I was worried it might turn out to be cheap junk. Thankfully, it does not feel cheap at all. The 20-foot model has two strong center supports, and we bolted the entire structure securely to both the house and the concrete patio. I’m hopeful it will hold up well through the winter as advertised. I do plan to add heat tape to the roof to help clear snow if we get a particularly heavy snowfall. Overall, the quality and finished appearance are very good. It is not a perfect design, and installation may require extra work if your patio is not completely level, but it has still been a fantastic addition to my home.. Thomas. Buffalo, NY. The solarium loos great and feels big inside! This is a pic of a 12x12’ placed on a 15x15’ stamped concrete. We added a solar light fixture inside and a propane fire pit. I was worried about the vinyl windows with the fire pit, but it doesn’t get too hot for the fire.. Dawn. CO. Thu Aug 08 2024

This solarium sunroom is more than just a gazebo—it's a versatile space for relaxation, dining, and entertainment. Whether you want a cozy cafe, a private studio, or a garden retreat, this outdoor pergola adapts to your needs.

So worth it! I needed an enclosed gazebo due to wildlife in the area. I did my research and finally landed on this one. For you weekend warriors, this may not be your project. My husband and I assembled it over 3 full weekends, and some nights we were free. All together it took around 15 days to build. The instructions were easy to follow for my husband, not for me. He is more of a visual figure outer. Some tips... Pay attention to the window sides before installing them. The outside side does not allow you to see in. The inside allows you to see out. It will look weird if it is installed wrong. How we kept it straight was pulling away the film from the corners and leaving it on throughout assembly. Peeling it away from the corners makes it easier too to pull away when the frames are on. Use the stickers for the doors that are provided to keep them straight as well. Before putting the sliding windows on, pull that sticker away, we had to take the windows apart bc we left the stickers on. Take a lot of breaks for your hands when doing the weatherstripping. Keep all the parts in the boxes throughout. It makes them easier to find. Our slab has a little slant to it away from the garage, which effects the doors, but they still all close properly with some adjustments . Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. I feel it was worth it. Seat cushions and furniture are also from Wayfair.. Kathy. Illinois. Mon Sep 28 2026

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022
