Delivery was great, arrived earlier than initially stated. Assembly easy with one small issues (picture) where hole for peg was covered and needed to cut through to install. I did not think it was comfortable at first, but after a few days and dialing in all the settings with the headrest, lumbar etc;... it is very comfortable now. 5 of the seats recline. Two complaints. One of the switches is backwards or reverse than the rest of the recliners and the seats that recline in the middle, it's pretty difficult to get your hand in there to control it. So far, five stars. I don't usually like chenille but from the picture it looked like it might work. The fabric is definitely slightly more micro-suedey than the photo appears but it's nice and will be easy to clean. Assembly was fairly easy. Took me 3 hours including unboxing and I'm a slow assembler! Cushions are very firm but it's been 5 hours since they were unpackaged so allowing for the full 72 hours to fluff up I'm hoping will make them more comfortable. I don't love the look of the black feet but those can be swapped out. Only sat on it briefly to allow for the cushions to continue to fluff but it was more comfortable than I thought it might be once I saw how low the back is.
