Easy enough to set up, although the instructions keep telling you to make sure you place washers where they need to go- but check if there's one already placed (if you place another, it's going to leak!); Apart from that, my only grievance is that the water keeps dripping from the shower head for a solid minute before it completely stops, which is annoying, but not that big of a deal.. We ordered two, one in black the other in brush Nickle. Love the colors and functionality. The detached shower head could be stronger but works great and the rain shower is bigger than we expected. Love the way it works. However, there are extra parts that need to be order which is not explained.
