The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Very excited to see the full remodel. This tub was exactly what I wanted amd fits perfectly. I like the deep water level and the little seat.. this is the update on my review. The tub originally came damaged from the manufacturer...twice. 3rd times the charm. Wayfair has more than impressed me with my remodel. I will use them again for the next bath remodel. This came so so well packed.. it was in a plywood crate and the crate had instructions on how to unbox it. The tub itself had a dust bag like you would get with a fancy handbag. It also had a cardboard cover that included tub installation instructions. The tub it’s self is gorgeous and way it was packed and shipped and designed - made me want to applaud this company.
