I had concerns the new light may over power the space but the scale worked out beautifully in the end. The only concern was the instructions. Gold, 60 Lights

The fixture itself is really beautiful. It completely changed our family room and provided some much needed light. However, the bulbs that come with it are small G4 bulbs and they are quite yellow. The manual says the color temperature is 3000K but I think it's more in the range of 2700k. So if you don't mind a golden hue, then you'll enjoy this fixture. I would change the bulbs out if I could but they are very hard to find and quite expensive (it would cost over $600 to change them out). The light itself is beautiful, but it’s worth the professional install. There were rhinestone studs missing the rhinestone, crystal pieces pre-drilled incorrectly that wouldn’t allow the screw to fit, and the length means that if you’re using it as a dining table, you’ll need to do your own wire cutting.After the problem solving, cursing and 4 hour time frame, it was installed and it’s beautiful.. Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on. I absolutely love this chandelier. It looks wonderful in our new home! I love that it gives a touch of elegance to the room without being gaudy. I feel that the matte black and brass go well with the current color scheme of the home and really elevate the entire aesthetic. It will also be fairly easy for us to change paint or other small things in the space and the chandelier will remain a beautiful centerpiece. Be sure to clean the crystals before you put them on, they look much better than when you put it up with fingerprint smudges(like we did).
