In my photo you can see the 4 inch box spring that I chose for my queen bed. I'm so glad I didn't go with the 2-in nor the 6-in, this one falls right in the middle and is just right for me. I also didn't want a metal box spring because metal attracts EMFs, and although at an extremely low amount I still am not a comfortable with metal box springs. My partner and I have been using this split frame for a few months now and we love it. This is our first hollow box spring after living with an old coil box spring for so long. Though there are definitely differences, we sleep just as well on it. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean.
