The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. Well it didn't. This is so gross. The white guy was very rude and seemed to be racist. If I have to deal with this delivery company, I will never purchase from wayfair again.
