Bed came packaged for shipping very well! Instructions were clear. It took me about 2.5hrs to put the bed together. I used a ratchet with an allen attachment instead of the provided allen wrench. We got this bed for my grand daughter’s room. It was easy to put together. All tools necessary were provided. Took maybe 1.5-2 hours start to finish. I caught this bedframe on sale for $35!!!! Yes! $35 and that's was an extreme bargain! The quality is very high and so far, the frame is supporting 12inch mattress plus up to 500lbs of weight!!! Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
