It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. First off, this recliner is very pretty, well made, comfortable, and matched the color of my existing leather furniture. It was made in the USA and was very easy to put together. Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. It did take 4 weeks for delivery, which seemed to be excessive, considering it was made in the U.S. Overall, we’re happy with this purchase and I believe this recliner will last a long time.. quality I have many issues with the recliners I purchased. I liked them at first, but after using them for a time, I feel very differently. My husband and I are 73 years old. These are manual recliners, that require STRONG PUSHING to get them to recline. Often, I am unable to do it, which ruins the purpose of a recliner. Also, once it is reclined, it will not stay all the way back. It keeps partially creeping to a sitting position again. I wish, at my age, that I had the opportunity to sit in more recliners before I purchased these. They are very unsatisfactory for our daily life. I don’t remember the exact dates they were purchased and then delivered, but I am very unhappy and disappointed with their ease of reclining and comfort. “Very, very stiff is how I would describe them, and extremely uncomfortable. I have tried various pillows and blankets to soften the feel, but none of these measures has helped. What can you do for me? How can you resolve my dissatisfaction and discomfort with these chairs? I somewhat feel I was very foolish to purchase such an important piece of furniture, where comfort is key, without sitting in them first. Once they were purchased and delivered, I thought there was no recourse for me, but I should have contacted you immediately.
