I absolutely love this sectional couch! I have to be honest, I was really nervous about ordering this. Some reviews weren't the best. I was worried about it coming in 4 different shipments, which I also have to be honest, 3 boxes came excatly on time and the 4th and main box came the day after. This didn't bother me to badly. I think everyone needs to practice patience sometimes. The cushions sprang right up. The covers went on easily. I like they can go on and off to wash. I thought the instructions were easy enough. In my opinion, it definitely takes two people to link the pieces into place but all in all, set up took maybe an hour if that. The storage seat lifts good and the pull-out slides up and out nicely. Easy to do. This couch is so incredibly soft! I super love the way it feels. I've had this a few week's now and have had zero issues. Except trying to keep my little dog off! Lol! He thinks it's his new bed. The cushions are firm but not to firm. Perfect size for my living room and family. I didn't want something huge taking up our entire space and I just wasn't finding that at the furniture stores. I'll say one last thing, I do advise combing this to keep it fluffy. Which I find rather soothing to do. Other than that, this is a great piece. If you're on the fence but the dimensions fit your space and you love soft and fluffy, just get it. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. Pros very nice upholstery, great neutral color and texture, absolutely love the wood base to every piece, the pieces stay in place and don’t slide on our carpet, it’s high quality and heavy, the storage ottomans are super nice with really strong hardware, and I love the versatility of moving sections around. Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. And it seems if each cushion was a couple inches wider, it would be a tighter and better-looking fit. Overall happy with it though! Looks and functions great in our family room.. Amelia.
