This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The sectional is beautiful, easy to assemble, and exceeded my expectations. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
