Inspect table and chairs carefully asap. Mine came with multiple cracks in various pieces. Box came all taped up. Dining set is pretty. Not what I thought I was ordering. Seems cheaply made. Seats are compact so you can sit closer to the table while eating. Feels like plastic finishing even when it says wood. Quality and color of seats are more yellowish than cream and seems to be able to show dirt or stain if you spill something. Top is cut up into small wood and not a solid surface. This is not shown in picture from Wayfair.. Antonia. Elizabeth, NJ. Wed Jun 29 2022

The traditional collection reflects highly decorative details, pedestal table, oversized claw feet, shaped top and decorative carving inlay veneers on apron. The dining chairs reflect carefully selected wood carving and upholstery in a symphony of material.

“The design looks good and the materials are acceptable. However, the packaging is relatively basic. There are many temporary fixing labels attached with staples. When workers remove the labels, some of the staples break off and remain exposed, which can easily cause leg injuries and poses a safety hazard.”. Rongpu. Wed Jan 14 2026

Porter's subtle curves and straight lines are both beautiful and functional. The collection has a deep Porter Dark Brown finish paired with burnished bronze finished hardware in a transitional design that begs to be admired. Enjoy enhancing features such as AC outlets, stemware storage, silverware tray, bottle holder and many more.

Refined elegance best describes the new Vantage collection. Influenced by the clean edges of the art deco movement, jewelry like touches finish off this traditional-transitional introduction. Flowing, shaped lines give Vantage a feminine quality that seems missing from the crude styles in the marketplace today. The design artfully incorporates select, figured walnut veneers with bronzed stainless steel accents. Vantage fits beautifully into an emerging trend where timeless traditional character is met with a clean modern aesthetic.

This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. .
