These are old pictures so don’t mind the mess, but I love that the bed looks black from afar but up close you can see the weathered espresso brown. Beware of the height though! I had to leave one of the top posts off in order to be able to still use the ceiling fan. I don’t mind that though. Anonymous. Thu Oct 08 2026

Super pretty piece! Fairly easy to put together just time consuming! Couple of things the screws for the slats did absolutely nothing for holding the slats in place and the poster pieces had some of the color chipped off! Besides that im really happy!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

Beautiful bed. Very solid. We got the oak finish and love it. it did take a little while to put together. I wish I would've purchased the option to have Wayfair build it. Love the sturdiness for my daughter’s room. However the staining on the lighter color almost makes it look dirty around certain edges, i’m not sure if that was intentional for a “driftwood color”. We saw the bed originally in the Atlanta showroom and did not notice the discoloration!. Katie. Mount Pleasant, SC. Sun Oct 04 2026

Beautiful bedframe super easy too build. Super easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we have an 8 Sleep mattress (heavier) had to lay down extra support beams. Will work perfectly with any normal mattress.. Haley. Hastings, MN. Wed Oct 07 2026

Great bed! a bit more beige than expected but loss of the star if for the slats being individual rather than connected by cloth strips also this product could be improved by adding only one additional slat.
