This 12-lite white clear glass interior slab door combines glass panels with a solid MDF construction to provide both light transmission and privacy between rooms. The twelve clear glass sections allow natural light to pass through while maintaining a classic French door appearance for bedrooms, pantries, closets, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and other interior applications. The solid MDF core helps improve door stability and reduces noise between rooms during everyday use. Finished with a factory-applied white PVC film, the surface provides a consistent color and smooth texture without the need for painting or priming. The white PVC finish is designed as a finished surface and is not recommended for DIY painting or refinishing.

Loved this french door for my office! It came in perfect condition. We don't need to paint it and it was easy hang. My favorite things about the door is how much light it let's into the room. I'm VERY happy with this selection. We have just bought a french door handle that we plan to add to it next. It doesn't already have the hole carved out so we are going to hire someone to do that part well.. Latesha. Silver Spring, MD. Sun Oct 11 2026

These doors were perfect. Packaged SO well and good quality. They are very heavy and feel solid. However the description says solid wood… they definitely are not. When I notched out the hinges it appeared to have an mdf core, at least where the hinges go. But that doesn’t bother me. They feel solid and heavy! Picture shows the plastic and styrofoam covering the glass. Great product for the price!. Shannen. Prosper, TX. Fri Nov 14 2025

These look great, but my Contractor said they were a pain to install. I bought two sets for two different rooms. One set was perfectly fine. The second set of doors arrived boat. The level confirmed that the door frame was plumb, but these doors were not cut straight at the factory. One can’t tell when they’re open, but when the doors are closed, you see it in the gap in the middle. Other than that, they look good and have elevated the space.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 09 2026

Please note that hollow core doors are not recommended for trimming, as cutting may compromise their structural integrity. Q: Why choose this system over rigid pre hung door freight units? A: Traditional large double-door frames easily twist or break during freight. Our 3-package modular system guarantees pristine arrival and allows fully customized hardware and key lock positioning. Q: Can I paint or stain the door to match my existing décor? A: Yes! Both the white primed door panels and the natural pine wood door panels are fully paintable and stainable. The smooth, factory-primed surface (on white doors) and the natural wood grain (on pine doors) are ready to accept paint or stain, allowing you to achieve any color or finish that complements your interior design. Q: What is the return process for this door slab? A: Please keep the original packaging and repack the door in its original condition to ensure a smooth return process.

I love the look of the doors, but quality is not amazing. There is already some damage on the hinge area from opening and closing the doors after just a few months.. Victoria. Sandy, UT. Mon Jul 20 2026

Q: How well does it block sound? A: Solid core panels outperform hollow doors significantly – reducing conversation noise, TV sound, and household bustle. Q: Is assembly difficult? A: The system is designed for straightforward assembly. Two people are recommended for easier handling during installation. Q: Where is this system best used? A: Master bedrooms, home offices, studies, pantries, walk-in closets, and dining room dividers – anywhere you want openness with optional privacy. Q: Can I use this system for an exterior door? A: This system is specifically designed as a double-door set. If you need a single door, we also offer a wide selection of single slab doors for you to choose from.

This door is beautiful. Thank you, Wayfair. My favorite HandyWorks (Houston, Texas) installed this door for me. The room it leads to is my home spa and it filters the light beautifully. Just keep in mind there are no pre-drilled holes if you plan on having door knob. Anonymous. Sat May 02 2026
