These curtains look and feel like luxury. They are quite heavy so you can’t get away with not anchoring the curtain rod to the wall (I learned this the hard way). This may be obvious based on the material, but not great if you have cats or pets that can be in close contact, pet fur sticks to them and it’s hard to remove. I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! I ordered the color 'taupe/beige' in 96" length. I mounted them on a double curtain rod (also from Wayfair) close to the ceiling. Perfect length for my 8' ceiling. I wanted blackout curtains, and these work great! (refer to the picture). The quality feels good -- not flimsy at all. I just hung them to get the creases out, and that seems to work well.
