My husband bought one from the COOP company for his sleep apnea and there is ways to lower it or raise it so I thought I would give it a try. I bought one from wayfair and I could not sleep on that thing for nothing. I have a back and neck issues so when I would lay on it I felt like my lower back was being pushed on. For my neck I have so many problems that only surgery can fix so for me it wasn’t working. For my husband he has been sleeping on his for over a month. I do like the fact that you can take layers out of it to get the height that you need or want. The pillow topper is nice also. This just wasn’t for me and my body. Many thick and firm pillows can go flat through the night with the weight of a sleepy head, but the foam clusters inside this pillow stayed puffy and never needed to be adjusted through the night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Contour Pillow with Serene Foam for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work. It’s not perfect - it took me a couple of nights to get used to the contour shape, and if you’re someone who likes to squish your pillow into different shapes, this isn’t for you. But for me, the neck support and cooling properties make it a keeper. Overall, if you’re dealing with neck pain or you’re a hot sleeper looking for some relief, I’d say give this pillow a shot.
