I was wrong as a side sleeper this pillow is amazing. I’m one of those people that like my leg up too. Being extended like that can be an odd position that strains my neck. So usually I wake up and adjust so my neck doesn’t break lol. South this pilots I can do that for much longer before waking up. And I just toss and turn a bit so it’s not because my neck hurts. I like it but it isn’t nearly as plushsoft as I expected. I was really sad when I first felt it. I was hoping it would be more like a feather down alternative. However, the pillow is thinner and adjusted to my neck better than what I’ve used, so I decided to keep it. I have neck issues so that is priority. I wouldn’t call this “arctic” but it isn’t as hot as some pillows. I don’t feel any cooling though. Trying to figure out if I way overpaid for a pillow or not.
