The Touch Of The Masters Hand Picture

As she keeps a watchful eye, a beautiful mademoiselle is pulled into a stolen kiss by her young lover. Painting in the Rococo style then fashionable in France, Fragonard's work reflects the period's frivolity, played out in fluid lines, lush, light-imbued fabrics and gracefully posed figures. Fragonard's delicate color and spontaneous brushwork are evident in this joyful piece. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. With bas-relief organic styling, the multi-tiered, replica European style 3.25" wide frame is cast in quality designer resin and highlighted with an aged gold-toned finish. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

As one of the most pious of King Arthur's Knights of the Round Table, the very mortal Sir Percival was tempted with things of the flesh, here in the form of a beautiful, but predatory maiden. British artist Hacker studied and displayed at the Royal Academy where he was renowned for his versatile art styles and well-rendered portraits. The authentic stretched canvas replica captures the original painting's texture, depth of color, and even its brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. It is surrounded by an imported, antique gold-toned, delicately sculpted 4" wide designer resin frame with a leaf motif. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

The painting, in vertical format, shows a close-up view of Christ's disciples struggling frantically against the heavy storm to regain control of their fishing boat.

Very good quality however it is very light and the print is too bright on one side from the original. Should probably be a bit cheaper but I like it!. Stephanie. VA. Tue Jun 23 2026

Forsaken passion trembles within this riveting watercolor painting by Victorian artist, Burton. This richly detailed Gothic work is an illustration of forbidden love from the Danish ballad of Hellelil and Hildebrand, prince of Engellend. Pre-Raphaelite in style, the brilliant intense hue of this Medieval image is similar to that of an oil painting. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. This replica European style, bright gold-toned, ribbed frame is cast in quality designer resin with an acanthus leaf and floret border that draws the eye toward the beautiful image. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

The painting is smaller than I had envisioned, but that's my fault. The dimensions were for the picture and the frame; I should have realized that. However, my husband thinks it's the perfect size for a wall in our living room. It replaced a framed photo of the Grand Canyon that we no longer noticed, and this Victorian watercolor is more apropos for our Arts & Crafts decor. Now I'm jonesing for "La Belle Dame Sans Merci," but that will have to wait due to the rising cost of living.. Art Nouveau. Flagstaff. Thu Jan 01 2026

Norman Rockwell was a popular and prolific artist of the 20th century, well known for his ability to capture American culture in his paintings. In 1964, he painted The Problem We All Live With, which showcased Ruby Bridges, a six-year-old girl, being escorted by marshals to her elementary school during the New Orleans school desegregation crisis of 1960. An iconic image of the Civil Rights Movement, this lovely reproduction of Rockwell’s painting will bring a touch of history to your walls. Try hanging it in your living room for a striking conversation piece, or use it to decorate an empty wall in your home study.

I ordered the small sized painting along with seven other similarly-themed and sized paintings and it is one of my favorites! The painting is true to the picture seen here and came well packed and undamaged. It also arrived a week earlier than anticipated and was certainly well worth the wait of ~six weeks. I will certainly order from Design Toscano again!. Happycustomer. Northville, Mi, USA. Wed Jul 03 2013

From her shining ebony hair to the fold of her dainty lace sleeve, this young beauty is evidence of Swiss artist Gleyre's precise, marvelous perfection of workmanship. Though his early works met with wide success, he refused to pursue commercial or competitive ventures, but instead took over the studio of Paul Delaroche and taught, often without pay, such prominent younger artists as Claude Monet, Pierre Auguste Renoir, Alfred Sisley and James Abbott McNeill Whistler. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. The replica 4.375" wide, European style, bright gold-toned, ribbed frame is cast in quality designer resin with an acanthus leaf and floret border that draws the eye toward the beautiful image.
