Fantes Cousin Luigi's Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack dries large batches of noodles at once to keep them from sticking when stored or cooked. Nothing tastes better than homemade pasta. Fresh pasta made in advance can be dried and stored for later use, or hung to keep it from sticking until the cooking pot is at a rolling boil. This Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack features 16 built-in rods (each measuring 8-inches long) that fan out and stagger to maximize drying space. Each rod supports up to a quarter pound, while the whole drying rack can hold up to 4.5-pounds of pasta strands. It expands to 18.5 x 17.75 x 12-inches, then folds to 16.5 x 10 x 2.5-inches for space-saving storage. The transfer wand easily picks up freshly cut pasta and transports it to the drying rack or cooking pot, then stores neatly in the central column when not in use. It’s ideal for drying spaghetti, fettuccine, angel hair, linguini, long fusilli, lasagna, pappardelle, lo mein, and other long noodles. Its non-slip feet keep the rack in place during use and protect counters. he Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 8 quart. Multipot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time frame than conventional stockpots, making it ideal for preparing pastas. The fitted pasta insert allows you to cook the pasta and then lift the insert directly out, leaving the water in the pot for additional rounds of cooking. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel clad construction of the multipot-multicooker combines three layers of metal to create one solid piece that is formed into the vessel, making the stockpot extremely responsive to changes in heat. The two layers of stainless steel sandwich an aluminum alloy core that evenly transfers heat from both the bottom and sides of the pot at the same time, increasing the cooking efficiency. The Viking 8 quart. Multipot is perfect for all cooking methods, including induction. The 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface will not react with foods and is easy to clean. Internal volume markings in both US and metric measurements make it easy for the cook to measure volumes accurately even when filling directly from the faucet. Also included with the multipot is a steamer insert that allows you to multi-task - boil water, cook pasta and steam vegetables all at the same time. The multipot can be used with or without the past insert, making it a versatile stock pot that can be used for chili, soups, stocks, stews and more. The signature Viking handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed to be easy to grip even with a towel or oven mitt. The Viking 8 quart 3-Ply Stainless Steel Multipot-Multicooker is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and is dishwasher safe. Into Italian food? This Brabantia Spaghetti Spoon is the tool you need to get a grip on your spaghetti. With a nice long stem and prongs that are made to grab and hold the strings. No strings attached.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks ago and the spoon is really handy for plating up spaghetti, tagliatelle etc. and controlling portions. It would be even better if there was a hole in the end of the handle so it could be hung up but that’s just a minor change.. Lpb95. Sheffield. Mon Dec 12 2022
