Beautiful throw. Pattern and colors are as shown in the photos. The wool feels soft and is not itchy. Very well constructed. Wool does not need to be washed often, so I haven't seen how well it holds up, so I can't assess its washability. That being said, we've had it for a couple of years and it's holding up well in general. Update: I've had these for a couple of years now and they still look great.
