Giving this a low score due to poor packaging that resulted in both leg supports being broken during shipping. I have provided photos of the broken legs as well as the back and seat cushions. Other than the poor packaging this seems like a nice chair. I currently have the parts on order to replace so I will update my review based on how well they resolve the problem and my overall opinion of the chair once I am able to put it together and use it.
