Easy to install, I really like the finish it has. I'm using it to give color to my house, the surface is matte smooth. The surface does not reflect direct light. If your project includes decorative colorful Mexican tile, you might want to consider this one as a good candidate. Suitable for whole area installations or just as an accent over a field tile. All of our Mexican tiles have an off-white background. DISCLAIMER: All of our Talavera tiles have a heavily hand-made process involved; as such, imperfections are expected. Color variations are to be expected from batch to batch. Love these tiles. I looked at several terrazzo look options like Grist, Grain, and Venice, but this one stood out as both more affordable and noticeably higher quality. I used the matte finish on the master bathroom floor for better slip resistance and the polished/glossy finish on the walls for a clean, elevated look.
