Love these tiles. I looked at several terrazzo look options like Grist, Grain, and Venice, but this one stood out as both more affordable and noticeably higher quality. I used the matte finish on the master bathroom floor for better slip resistance and the polished/glossy finish on the walls for a clean, elevated look. I would give 5 stars for the tile itself, but have had a terrible time with receiving broken tiles twice now. I ordered this particular tile in different shades of gray for each of my bathrooms and laundry room. Each time the delivery shows up, 1/2 of the tiles are broken. Then they are re-ordered, which takes about a month to come in. Don’t order this tile if you need it quickly. This tile is VERY finicky. I've ordered a few times now and EVERY SINGLE time there are tiles that come broken. Once they sent the wrong size, too, and then things were on backorder and took forever to arrive and then when they arrived, part of the shipment was broken. You can't get through to ANYONE at the manufacturer to explain issues or try for expedited replacement product.
