Pared-down patterns + contemporary neutrals. We think this flatweave Oriental rug brings both old-world style and a stunning, serene mod vibe to any floor in your home. Handwoven from wool and cotton, this indoor rug's 0.25" pile makes it great for high-traffic locations like your living room or entryway. It's even safe to roll out over heated floors. I like the look of this alot the colors are so pretty and soft.. Sarom. San Pedro, CA. Sun Jun 21 2026

Bringing tailored texture and clean-lined style to your space, this flatweave area rug sets a subtle foundation. A muted striped pattern pairs easily with modern decor, while the flat profile fits neatly under low-clearance doors and furniture. The blend of natural fibers creates a light, tactile surface that layers well in living areas, entryways, and hallways. It introduces balanced visual depth without overwhelming your home's layout. Plus, its smooth profile makes it easy to vacuum and maintain. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

Minus 1 star because its a few inches smaller than 8x10. Feels thick under foot. Low points are 14 high, high wool balls are 1. You dont feel the lows though because of how tightly woven the rug is. Comfortable enough for sitting but I plan on getting a rug pad to make it thickersofter. Its very heavy, so it doesnt slide around much on its own unless you have pets running into it. Colors go from a deep red to a light pink with dusty rose colored jutetwine woven between them. Not soft to the touch, More rough just imagine youre petting rows of felted wool and twine and thats exactly what this feels like. This rug will be hard to clean because of the materials its made up of.. Amanda. Auburn, WA. Sat Sep 12 2026

For added grip—especially with smaller sizes or smooth floors—we recommend using a rug pad (sold separately).

Im really happy with this kitchen runner! The material feels durable and well made, and the non-slip backing keeps it securely in place. It flattened out quickly after being unfolded from the shipping package, which was a nice surprise. The color is exactly what I was hoping for and looks great in my kitchen. Hooked of 100% wool by skilled artisans in India, the Diahann Collection features a natural thick pile. Through bold color combinations and asymmetrical designs, Diahann takes the familiar wool hook construction and gives it a fresh spin.

This rug is a starting point for a room we are repurposing into a small den for reading & TV so won't get a lot of traffic. Having said that, it appears to be well-bound and did not have an odor (something I have read on other rug posts). There are lots of colors so lots of decorating possibilities! There is a photo with paint chips and for reference, the dark middle color in the rug matches Glidden Mountain Pine, so more green (I thought it was Navy). We are tending toward the bluey green but one could easily paint walls in off whites, beiges even peachy pink. There is far more variation in color within the design that makes it really pretty. Very pleased with this purchase!. Jj. Chicago Suburbs. Sat May 02 2026
